How much does a nanny cost?

Nanny salaries depend on experience, hours, and whether they live in or out. We’ll guide you on expected costs and help find the best option for your budget.
- Permanent nanny placements: We charge 15% of the annual gross salary (or just 12% of the annual gross salary if working exclusively with us).
- Temporary / maternity nanny placements: £30 per day or £100 per week. This also applies to maternity practitioners.
- International placements: 18% of annual gross salary if permanent placement. For temporary / maternity placements, we charge £35 per day or £150 per week for a period of 12 weeks.
