How are your nannies vetted?
Every nanny we place is handpicked, thoroughly vetted, and personally interviewed. We carry out full reference checks and can perform an enhanced DBS check, so you can trust your child is in safe hands.
We check a minimum of two references to check their suitability for your role and to validate their employment history. We also check their right to work in the UK and conduct an in-depth interview either in person or via a video call.
If you opt for an enhanced DBS check, this costs just £65 for total peace of mind. The fee includes £62 to the umbrella company and a £3 admin fee. Read more about our recruitment process.
What experience do your nannies have?
Our nannies are highly experienced professionals, with a minimum of 3 years of childcare expertise. Many hold formal childcare qualifications and specialise in areas such as newborn care, early years development, and special educational needs.

How much does a nanny cost?
Nanny salaries depend on experience, hours, and whether they live in or out. We’ll guide you on expected costs and help find the best option for your budget.
Permanent nanny placements: We charge 15% of the annual gross salary (or just 12% of the annual gross salary if working exclusively with us).
Temporary / maternity nanny placements: £30 per day or £100 per week. This also applies to maternity practitioners.
International placements: 18% of annual gross salary if permanent placement. For temporary / maternity placements, we charge £35 per day or £150 per week for a period of 12 weeks.

How long does it take to find a nanny?
The time frame varies depending on your requirements, but we aim to present you with suitable candidates within 2 months. On average it takes 2-8 weeks. Every client is different, and it will depend on your unique family criteria and schedule for interviewing.

What happens if the nanny isn’t the right fit?
We understand the importance of the perfect match, but if we have done our job correctly then this will be rare! However, there are certain situations that are unavoidable. If things aren’t working out, we’ll listen to your concerns and, if needed, find an alternative nanny who better suits your family.
We will work closely with you to provide a further 4 profiles as a replacement free of charge. If this does not work out, we have a refund schedule dependant on what week the nanny left, you will receive a percentage of your fee back.

I would highly recommend Allie. She recently helped us find a night/maternity nurse and was extremely helpful. I really valued her professionalism, responsiveness and expertise. In particular she provides a more personal service compared with some of the bigger agencies and you really feel she goes out of her way to find someone who will work well for you.
I recommended her to friends who had experienced some bad luck with childcare; they also found her very helpful and she has transformed their childcare set up.
