Allie is absolutely incredible. She matched us with brilliant recommendations, including with someone genuinely life-changing, and was always responsive, flexible, down-to-earth and caring. She's incredibly well-connected, with a great list of nannies on her books, and hugely professional. Having spoken to the nannies Allie works with, I know they too find her thoughtful, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. She and her work changed our lives at a vulnerable time, and we will always be hugely grateful to her. We can't recommend her highly enough.

I would highly recommend Allie. She recently helped us find a night/maternity nurse and was extremely helpful. I really valued her professionalism, responsiveness and expertise. In particular she provides a more personal service compared with some of the bigger agencies and you really feel she goes out of her way to find someone who will work well for you. I recommended her to friends who had experienced some bad luck with childcare; they also found her very helpful and she has transformed their childcare set up.

I cannot rate the Nanny Connection more highly. A company that listens, can solve problems quickly and efficiently, is rigorous at background checks and has very high standards. All done with professionalism and enthusiasm. I was delighted with my Nanny, she was a perfect match for my son. There will be no other company I pick up the phone to for my future Nanny needs.

Had an amazing client experience with Allie! We were in a very time-limited situation and were looking for a nanny with a non-standard working hours and some other special requirements. Allie was able to provide exactly the profile we were looking for. There were no gaps in communication (only from my side, I admit :)), the level of tact and relevancy is really high. No time wasted + constant support and willingness to make the process as smooth and quick as possible. This is a very clear contrast with other agencies.

Allie’s agency is the only agency I will ever use. Unlike other agents, she genuinely spends a lot of time understanding your brief and finding the right person who suits you. And unlike most agents, she doesn’t push or pressure you into a candidate who doesn’t match your family. I have been using Allie for years and she is truly warm, caring, and helpful beyond measure. She even gave me helpful tips when I was a new mum. Just an all round lovely person and I recommend her to everyone I know! I promise you that you won’t find anyone better or who will be in your corner more!!

Allie is a true professional, as well as very approachable and easy to work with. She made sure she understood really well what our family needs are and all the candidate CVs she sent through for our consideration have led to at least a video call, and a couple of face-to-face meetings - and we have high selection criteria. We ended-up hiring a temporary nanny via Allie, who has been really great. Allie is someone whom we trust for advice and opinion, and we are also currently using her help to find a permanent nanny. I would highly recommend using Allie’s help to all families looking for a nanny, as she makes the process much easier!
