Our Nanny Recruitment Process
The process we have developed here at the Nanny Connection enables us to delve deeper into what your perfect child carer will look like. This will encourage longevity of a nanny engagement and/or a smoother start to becoming a parent with a maternity practitioner or night nanny.
Time is invested with our clients to enable us to gain a better understanding of the skills needed for your unique role so that your child thrives under the care of a skilled professional. When time is taken to match the right, qualified child carer with a family, the result is a relationship and a deep bond based on respect and trust; creating both a happy household and a fulfilled professional.
Who is my Perfect Nanny?
We will arrange a personal interview with parents or guardians with us via Zoom or in person. You will be asked a series of questions to start to create your personal picture of what your perfect child carer will look like. Choosing us and going through this process requires time and effort for you as parents and for us as recruiters, but as choosing a child carer is probably one of the most important decisions you will make, we firmly believe that this will be time well spent, as you invest in your child’s development and future.
Nanny Job Description
Once we have the criteria, we can then build a job specification, and also provide you with a set of tailored interview and reference check questions for you. We will then send you your bespoke interview set through the post, so you are ready and fully prepared for when you start the interview process with your chosen candidates.
Nanny CVs and Candidate Profiles
After the job specification is written we will then advertise your role, choose the best suited candidates who apply, send you their profiles so you can decide whether to move forward to meet them. We will arrange the interviews on your behalf.
